Carcass Splitting Platform

It is the platform that allows the butcher to move up and down and the carcass to be divided into two by means of a pneumatic piston. Pneumatic Veterinary Control Platform

It is a platform that allows the veterinarian to control carcass, liver, tripe etc..  by means of pneumatic piston movement of the butcher. . As a standard, there is a sterilized hand wash sink with the platform. There are 5 knives and 1 table place in the sterilized section. Butcher's apron washing cabin is standard on the movable veterinary control platform.

Carcass Showering Cabin

It is a system that provides washing of carcasses before storage. With the special nozzle system, the washing process is carried out with pressurized water. Pressurized water is provided by the booster sent with the shower cabin. When the carcass enters the shower cabin, the water is automatically turned on thanks to the electronic equipment, and it turns off when the washing process is finished.
