Fixing Unit
Sheep Fixing Conveyor is designed in purpose that butchers can fix the sheeps easily, and slaughter it in a suitable height. It constrains the sheep, prevents its struggle, and minimize the animal and butcher accidents. It is appropriate for halal slaughtering and animal welfare. The unit is sent in a way that the sheep slaughtering pan is beside the conveyors.
Bleeding Hook
It is the hook proceeding in bleeding line after the slaughtering of sheeps is done.
Sheep Elevator
It is used to ensure that small cattle are lifted to the bleeding line.
Lowering Elevator
According to the project, it is used to lower the ovine carcasses on the mezzanine floor to the ground floor.
Automatic Bleeding Line
It is an automatic system with a ring in which sheep and goats progress during bleeding after slaughtering.
Bleeding Line - Monorail
It is a monorail system in which small cattle are transported during bleeding. It can be designed manually or automatically.
Inflating Platform
It is the platform where the foot skin of small cattle is opened and inflated for easy peeling . There is a knife sterilized hand wash sink on it. The blade is also sterilized; There are 5 knives and 1 table chamber. It will be supplied with an inflator gun.
Transfer Platform
It is used in the transfer of animals from the ovine bleeding line to the processing line and from the processing line to the sheep hanging carts in the resting line. There is a knife sterilized hand wash sink on it. The blade is also sterilized; There are 5 knives and 1 table chamber. Supplied with inflator gun.
