Our glazing machines operate by waterfall model and spraying method. It is 304 and 316 quality stainless steel. Our product takes its final shape with stainless sandblasting. Oil oxidation is minimized in fish whose contact with air is cut off with the glazing process. Glaze ratio is determined by adjusting with speed inverters.
