Hydraulic Transfer Unit

It allows the cattle to be transferred from the bleeding line to the processing line. With the designed transfer system, the transfer process is carried out in two stages. Thus, a butcher works with one leg instead of two legs during the transfer, and the facility works more fluently. Thanks to the hydraulic pistons, the design allows the butchers to work more comfortably, safely and quickly in the transfer process.

Transfer Platform

It is the platform where the butchers work during the transfer of the cattle from the bleeding line to the processing line. This platform varies according to the customer's demands, according to the base material, chassis material and waste water drain types. As a standard, there are two knife sterilized hand wash sinks with the platform. There are 5 knives and 1 table place in the sterilized section. In addition to the sterilized hand wash sink, there is a chute chamber on the transfer platform as standard. The heights of the platforms will be determined according to the line.

Processing Conveyor

It is an automatic twin-ray system where cattle are transported during processing. In the automatic system, the cattle automatically move the cattle in the processing line by stopping at the stations. Engine power and engine speed in the technical specification are valid only for the automatic system.

Twin Rail Hook

It is the hook used for the progress of the cattle transferred from the bleeding line to the processing line on the twin rail line.

Predehiding Platform

It is the platform where the skin of the animal is opened sufficiently before it comes to the Skinning Machine by the up and down movement of the butcher by means of a pneumatic piston. Thanks to the space in front of the platform and the foot pipe, the butcher cuts easily. As a standard, there is a sterilized hand wash sink with the platform. There are 5 knives and 1 table place in the sterilized section.

Dehiding Machine and Platform

It is the machine used for skinning the slaughtered animal. The circular movement of the drum and the linear movement of the piston are provided by the hydraulic unit. Platforms in the hydraulic skinning unit are optionally available to help the butchers to get the pieces of meat stuck on the skin during skinning. The leather emptied from the drum is transported directly to the chute if the building construction is suitable, or to the leather room with the help of a conveyor if it is not. Hydraulic skinning machine with or without platform optionally; Supplied with drum and chain as standard. Platform skinning machine is divided into two as integrated platform and independent platform.

Brisket Opening Table

It is the platform used to open the skin of the flayed carcass. As a standard, there is a sterilized hand wash sink with the platform. There are 5 knives and 1 table place in the sterilized section. Platform will be AISI 304 quality stainless steel.

Pneumatic Tripe Extract Platform

It is the platform which enables the butcher to move upward and downward and internal organs to be taken out. By means of the knurling at the front of the platform, the butcher can work in a more comfortable environment. Butcher apron washing cabin, washbasin with sterilization come wtih platform standardly. There are five knives and one sharpener division in sterilization section.
